Aloha! Welcome to Honuhula Island Retreat! On behalf of the owners and your rental agent, we wish you a happy stay in paradise.

To help ensure that we all enjoy our stays at Honuhula, we've adopted a number of house rules based on common sense and courtesy to others and we ask for your co-operation in observing them.

Honuhula Big House Rules

1. CHECK-IN TIME 11:00am | CHECK-OUT TIME  3:00pm
2. This is a NON SMOKING HOUSE.
3. No animals of any kind are allowed at properties

(If there are any signs of smoking or pets inside the house you will automatically forfeit your deposit)

4. UTILITIES: Electical rates are high. Please turn off lights, televisions, etc. when not in use.

5.LAUNDRY: Guests are welcome to use laundry facilitiy located downstairs

6. DAMAGE: Do not intentionally destroy, deface, impair or remove any part of the property, equipment, furniture or furnishings.
6. RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A reservation deposit of $500 is required. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met. 
                 a. No damage is done to house or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. 
                 b. After completing the check out check list , signed and sent back in the mail

7. PAYMENT – Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Payments should be made in $USD by credit card, PayPal, Postal Money Order or Cashiers Check (check will be held until cleared). Damages, cancelation fee, lockouts, lost keys or excessive cleaning will be taken out from the deposit.
8. CANCELLATIONS –  1. Cancellation must be requested by written notice or via email.

                                            2. No refunds are given if reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.

7. All rates subject to 4% Hawaii State Tax

10. CLEANING FEE – Big House $200  | Small House $100

11. RATE CHANGES – Rates subject to change without notice.
