-Small House (Ohana):Â Rental Rate-Â $150/a night up to 4 people
Christmas and New Years rate of $200 per night applies to resrvations between December 15 - January 5.

-Payment Policy-
1. A $500.00 refundable security deposit is required to hold a reservation.
2. Full balance is due 30 days prior to arrival except for Christmas and New Years, where the full balance needs to paid 60 days prior to arrival.
3. Payments should be made in $USD by credit card, PayPal, Postal Money Order or Personal Check (check will be held until cleared).   Damages, cancelation fee, lockouts, lost keys or excessive cleaning will be taken out from the security deposit fee.
4. Bookings which include Christmas and/or New Years require a minimum stay of 10 days
-Cancellation & Changes-
1. Cancellation must be requested by written notice or via email.
2. No refunds are given if reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival. During Christmas and New Years, cancelation has to be 60 days prior to arrival.Â
3. If reservation is cancelled prior to 30 days of arrival, or prior to 60 days of arrival for Christmas and New Years payment and Security Deposit will be refunded (minus $75 administration fee).Â
-Confirmation & Check-in Procedure-
- After full payment is received, a packet will be sent to guests with check-in instructions by mail.
